We’ll start with an initial 30-minute video call to discuss your goals and customize your plan. Then, every month we’ll have a 30-minute video call for ongoing check-ins and adjustments to your workout plans, goals, and habits. Making sure they are always aligned with where you’re at in your transformation. You’ll also receive personalized tips for your Mentality-Based Fitness Guide to keep your mindset focused on long-term success. In addition, you’ll get a weekly recap from your coach through in-app messaging to evaluate your progress and help you stay on track. With exclusive access to the VIP Coaching Community, you’ll get continuous support, motivation, and the chance to celebrate your wins with a like-minded group.
