With the Foundations Coaching, we build on the Basics Plan by adding a more personalized approach to your fitness journey. You’ll start with a 30-minute one-on-one video call with your coach to fully customize your workout plans, and set goals/habits that are aligned with your vision ensuring you build consistency and work towards your goal. From there, you’ll continue with in-app messaging directly with your coach, for feedback and guidance as you work toward your goals. You’ll also gain access to the Foundations Coaching community where you’ll stay motivated, celebrate wins, and connect with others who are on the same path.

With the Momentum Coaching, we’re here to help you crush your goals and build confidence every step of the way by creating continuous momentum that propels you towards lasting change. We’ll start with an initial 30-minute video call to discuss your goals and customize your plan. Then, every month we’ll have a 30-minute video call for ongoing check-ins and adjustments to your workout plans, goals, and habits. Making sure they are always aligned with where you’re at in your transformation. You’ll also receive personalized tips for your Mentality-Based Fitness Guide to keep your mindset focused on long-term success. In addition, you’ll get a weekly recap from your coach through in-app messaging to evaluate your progress and help you stay on track. With exclusive access to the VIP Coaching Community, you’ll get continuous support, motivation, and the chance to celebrate your wins with a like-minded group.
